I heard that Dave Shaw was looking for someone to drive his car for the rest of the year. I know of a very good candidate, Ronnie Heaton. He drove the W1LD car out at TCS 3 times and won 2 features. Very talanted driver, and almost guantee a win, or atleast top 3 position. Contact W1LD crew, can find them Friday at Godfrey, PM me and I can give additional information.

So, a couple of sportsman wins = a guaranteed top 3 in a late model? How many wins did Marty have in a Late Model? Because he wins alot in a sportsman, or Maisel for that matter. You can't guarantee anything. I cheer for both of those drivers by the way, don't say you guarantee, thats almost as bad as Jake Robbins making a post on 4m saying if givin the chance he could be a multi feature winner in a late model or mod when he had only driven a hornet.
 
That car was pretty bent up, anybodies guess if it will be on a track again this year.
 
Ronnie is an awsome driver and I would love to see him in a latemodel. Drove his balls off in Marty's car. A guarantee top 3 is pushing it but you never know. I have seen worse happen. David Wells guaranteed to stomp the cards bad azz hitting today and he did just that. The truth is, You never know. Good luck on finding a ride Ronnie, And get well Dave.
 
Ok im sorry i said guarantee. He has raced before and was very good then. I would just love to see him in a car. He is a determined driver and a very good one at that.
I would rather see Dave well enough to drive his own car, but by the looks of that wreck he will be recovering for awhile.
Anyway, if he is looking for a good driver, give ronnie a try.

:D My gosh....Ronnie Heaton ....I would love to see him race again....sh*t I will say it Guarantee....top 3 for sure "as long as car don't mess up" but for real he's a awesome driver and very good,,,,watching Ronnie race would be like me watching Dixon....Ronnie Good luck if you do.....and to Dave get well...and sure you will make the right choice!!!!!:)
 
I think until it is for sure. It needs to be kept quiet. You know how rumors start.
" Besides ! I talked to Dave today and he said that Rusty Wallace was being hired to drive it............... LOL ! :)

STEVE RACED 1 YEAR IN A LATE MODEL. WON 3 FEATURES AND FINISHED SECOND IN UMP ROOKIE POINTS TO BRIAN SHIRLEY. NOT BAD IN MY OPINION.
 
I really didnt mean to get **** started on here. My oh My you cant get on here and say anything with out getting **** started.
 
I won a few in the rayburn but won alot in 91 with a knullinski car maybe spelled wrong but you know racers cant type.

I just think that it would be great to see Ronnie drive again .....he is a good driver...very talented at that!!!!! And I believe we said Ronnie not Marty...lets don't get confused on who were talking about....even though Marty is a very good driver too...were just talking about Ronnie for right now....k;)
 
Ronnie and marty are both great drivers and both could win in a late model. I have see Marty in a late model and not too shabby if i may so myself. This is a useless topic since they said Dave already has drivers in mind....

just get ahold of dave and find out if he has already found someone? and if not bring up Ronnie!!!!:)
