Lonnie Bailey, Gary Wilson, Wyatt Lance and Steve Carlin all took feature event wins Sunday night at Quincy Raceways during Meineke Car Care night at the Races.

Lonnie Bailey moved back into the points lead with a convincing victory in the Budweiser IMCA Late Model feature event Sunday night. Bailey started in the fifth row and made his way into the lead by the seventeenth lap of the 30 lap race and pulled away from the rest of the field to take his fourth points win of the season. Denny Woodworth made his way into the second spot with Jamie Wilson hot on his heals for third. Mark Burgtorf garnered up the fourth spot with Ron Elbe in fifth. Brian Kenning and Jerry Weisenberger grabbed the heat race wins with Woodworth capturing the checkered flag in the Summy Tire and Auto Center Trophy Dash. Bailey now holds a slim two point lead over Brent Slocum in his quest for his first ever Late Model Track Points Championship.

Gary Wilson has been piloting the Miller A-Modified of Bob Charlton over the last few weeks and has made his return to racing pay off as he picked up his first Modified feature win Sunday night. Wilson jumped into the lead at the drop of the green flag and never looked back to pick up the win as the battle for the second spot was hot and heavy as Wilson’s son, Vance took the runner up spot. Danny Lake claimed third with Terry Wilson in fourth and Brandon Lennox in fifth. Lennox and Robbie Warner were the heat race winners as Henry Delonjay claimed the hardware in the P&S Auto and Truck Collision Repair Trophy Dash. Michael Long now holds a sixteen point lead over Henry Delonjay in his quest for his first ever Track Points Championship.

Wyatt Lance only needed eight laps to come from his fifth row starting spot to lead the twenty lap B-Modified feature event. Lance then pulled away for the victory over Tony Dunker in second, Robbie Reed in third, Terry Houston in fourth and Jim Leffew in fifth. Lance, Wes Mayfield and Dunker grabbed the heat race wins. Lance now holds a slim four point advantage over Tony Dunker in the chase for the B-Mod Track Points Championship.

Steve Carlin and Eddie Dieker put on the show of the night in the Bomber feature event as the two former Track Champions battled for the win over the last sixteen laps of the twenty lap main event. Carlin and Dieker battle side by side and nose to tail until the checkered flag fell with Carlin taking the win by a car lenth over Dieker. Jarod Richie, Jeff Delonjay and Jessie Buss rounded out the top 5. James Lain, Adam Birck and Nick Meyer were the heat race winners.
