Can anybody tell me why kline and dondaro got there spots back when they cause the caution in the feature.

The caution wasn't for Dan Dondero & Aaron, it was for the white 78 that spun between 1 & 2 and was partially in the infield & on the track. The 2 & 9 collected up when they tryed to get around the rear of the 78.
