bert transmission problem

I just start using a bert ball spline transmission. To me the clutch pedal is hard as a rock. Is this right or how do I fix this problem. Any help appreciated

we gotta bert and shes very touchy..

easier then EVER to push the clutch in..

but im not that smart when it comes to that part of the racecar so.. someone else? any help?

when you have the pedal pressed down it should be very solid feeling.

clutch operation

possibly the master cylinder bore is too large for correct transmission clutch operation.
