(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) Billy Moyer and his #21 team made the short tow to Batesville Motor Speedway in Locust Grove, Arkansas on August 15-16 for the 22nd edition of the ‘Topless 100.’ A stellar field of 63 entrants converged on the Batesville area over the weekend and all eyes were fixated on the $40,000 winner’s check. Billy, who was seeking his fifth ‘Topless 100′ title, qualified third quickest in Group B during Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series time trials on Friday night and later scored the victory in his heat race over Chris Brown and Jared Landers.After drawing the outside second row starting spot prior to Saturday’s 100-lap headliner, Billy raced inside of the top five through the early portion of the race.
