Batesville, Arkansas (10/12/09) – After losing last weekend’s event to Mother Nature, Billy Moyer Jr. will return to action this weekend in his #21jr Victory Circle M1 Chassis by Moyer/Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model at I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Missouri.
Last Saturday, the 2009 O’Reilly MSRA Super Late Model Champion was scheduled to compete in the $2,500 to win Bama Super Series event at North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, Alabama, but persistent rains forced the cancellation of the event.
This weekend, October 15th-17th, Jr. Motorsports will invade I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Missouri for the UMP Dirtcar Roundup, which will offer Super Late Model competitors a $5,000 to win/$400 to start purse. On Thursday, October 15th an Open Practice Session will be held. Friday, October 16th will see heat race action, while b-main events and the main event will be held on Saturday, October 17th.
