Billy Moyer Racing to Host Racelogic Chassis School on December 2-3, 2017
(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) With the 2017 racing season quickly coming to a close and 2018 right around the corner, Billy Moyer Racing (BMR) will host a unique training seminar – focused on Late Model Chassis – on December 2-3, 2017 at their Batesville, Arkansas race shop. Six-time ‘World 100’ winner Billy Moyer, who is the proud owner of 825 career wins, will be a featured speaker at the Racelogic Chassis School, along with his son Billy Moyer Jr., who is a rising star in the Super Late Model ranks and a former Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series Rookie of the Year. This will mark the first time the talented father-son racing duo has hosted an informative Racelogic Chassis School.
In the confines of their historic headquarters, the Moyer’s will be joined byAFCO Racing engineer Ben Baker to provide an in-depth look at every aspect of how a professional Dirt Late Model team prepares their cars for each differing track condition. One of the potent Moyer Victory Race Cars out of the BMR stable will also be on display throughout the class – allowing attendees a hands-on experience of the do’s and don’ts in preparing and setting up a winning racecar. In addition, there will be a spring smasher, scales, guide book, and many other hands-on items that will serve as visual aids for each person attending this two-day seminar.
“I’m really looking forward to hosting one of these Racelogic seminars at our own shop and sharing some of the setup stuff and tips we have learned throughout the years,” commented the elder Moyer recently. “Little Billy has taught at a few of these schools in the past and he has had some great experiences with it, so I am really excited. It will be neat to speed up the learning curve for those that attend the seminar – stuff that may have taken us years to learn or test – they can reap immediate rewards!”
The Racelogic Chassis School at Billy Moyer Racing will be held from 9:00am – 6:00pm on Saturday, December 2 and will include a lunch. Afterwards, a bonus get together is planned on Saturday evening at a local restaurant. On Sunday, December 3, the seminar will run from 9:00am – 2:00pm.
