Columbus, MS - Saturday night at Magnolia Motor Speedway, 7-time Mississippi State champion would find himself once again in MSCCS victory lane.

Boland, of Cuba, AL, would survive all challenges in a wild 50-lap, $3,000-to-win Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series Super Late Model event. Rodney Wing and David Breazeale would both take their shots at the lead over the course of the action-packed feature race, with Breazeale charging from the rear of the pack in the early laps after going to a backup car. Boland would lead Wing, Breazeale, Chris Wall, and current MSCCS points leader David Gentry across the finish line, with Jay Blair, Ronny Lee Hollingsworth, Jason Smith, and Marlon Wild earning top-ten honors.

Local division action would see Jeremy Shaw take the Modified division win, Judson Littlejohn take the Late Model Stock victory, and Richard West earn a Street Stock win in what was nearly three-way photo finish. Steve Bryan would win the Mini Stock feature and the duo of Wayne & Jamie Sudduth won the Cruiser event.

The next racing event in Columbus, MS will be held on June 4th at Columbus Speedway as the USCS Winged Outlaw Sprints once again bring high speeds and daredevil-style action to the high banks of "The Baddest Bullring in the South". Event information can be found at www.ColumbusSpeedway.net.
