APPROVES COMPANY NAME CHANGE TO DIRT MOTORSPORTS, INC.
NORMAN, OK, October 19, 2004 / Business Wire / Boundless Motor Sports Racing Inc., (OTCBB: BMSR) (Boundless) Chairman and CEO Paul A. Kruger announced that the Board of Directors has unanimously approved changing the Company’s name from “Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc.”, to “DIRT Motorsports, Inc.” During the meeting the Board also approved the reincorporation of the company to Delaware. The Company’s name change and reincorporation to Delaware will require shareholder approval in order to be effective.

Changing the name to DIRT Motorsports more accurately reflects our position as the dominant name in dirt track racing.”
