Belleville, IL - (August 8th, 2007) Sunset Hill, Missouri driver Brad Loyet thrilled the large fair night crowd to win the O’Reilly POWRi National Midget “16th Annual Arnie Knepper Memorial” 35-lap Feature at the Belle-Clair Speedway Wednesday night. Brad Kuhn, Mike Hess , Cory Kruseman and Zach Daum rounded out the top five. Loyet won last year’s race giving him back-to-back Knepper Memorial’s and this win gives him 4 POWRi Midget Victories on the season.
