(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) Brandon Kinzer and his #18 team rolled into the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on September 4-6 for the 44th edition of the 'World 100.' Things kicked off at the hallowed 1/2-mile high-banked speedplant on Thursday and Friday with a pair of Twin 25 preliminary programs, each of which boasted a $5,000 winner's check. On Thursday night, Brandon narrowly missed out on advancing into his 25-lap feature after finishing fifth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main. At Eldora on Friday evening, BK placed sixth in his heat race and ninth in his B-Main, which unfortunately forced him to watch his 25-lapper from the infield.

When the stakes heightened on Saturday at the "Big E," all eyes were focused solely on the prestigious globe trophy and the $47,000 top prize. Brandon advanced up to sixth in his stacked heat race before nabbing the fifth and final transfer spot through his B-Main into the 'World 100.' The Allen, Kentucky native was then scheduled to start the 100-lap grind from the outside of the fifteenth row, but ill-timed electrical issues caused him to retire before the drop of the green flag. The disappointing turn of events relegated Brandon to a thirty-second place performance in the 44th Annual 'World 100.' Full results from the action-packed weekend can be viewed online at www.eldoraspeedway.com.

Following the highs and lows from Eldora, the Kinzer Motorsports team will enjoy the upcoming September 12-13 weekend away from the racetrack. They will start prepping their MB Customs cars for their next scheduled race, which is currently the 35th Annual 'Jackson 100' at the legendary Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will once again preside over the Brownstown biggie and a $20,000 payday will be on the line on September 19-20. Qualifying will take place on that Friday night, while heat races, consolation events, and the 100-lap headliner are all slated for Saturday evening at the 1/4-mile, semi-banked oval. Additional information concerning the 'Jackson 100' weekend can be accessed online at www.lucasdirt.com.
