BREAKING NEWS! Ealeyville Speedway set for BIG money show 7/20/2013

Ealeyville Speedway set for first ever BIG money Cash Classic
(Decatur, Illinois) Ealeyville Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Illinois is set to host the first ever money race in its history. Ealeyville Speedway is one of many Go-Kart tracks in the Midwest that stick to the roots of Karting by offering its winners trophies and "feature winner" stickers in lieu of the percent payback. Teams and drivers are not in search of a big pay day here, they are up on the wheel fighting for that special prize to take home and put up on the shelf. But on July 20, 2013, the best of both worlds will collide. Ealeyville Speedway will take a back seat and play host to the first ever Cash Classic. With the track taking a scheduled week off, it will give the teams of the Speedway a chance to take part in a rare opportunity. With no added pressure of battling for track points, teams and drivers will get their shot to bring home some BIG money along with some BIG trophies. The promoters the Ealeyville Speedway have reached a deal with a independent party who will promote this epic event. The deal places ASI Marketing in charge of the promotion and the event, with Ealeyville Speedway's only responsibility being track prep. Cadets, Jr1, Jr3, will be racing for trophies as they would normally do on a weekly basis. Wing Sprints, 6.5 Opens, Pro Clone 380 and Opens will be going for a $400.00 to win purse, based on a $40 entry fee and 10 kart min. The head liner of the night will be the Adult Pro Clone 380 as they will be going for $1100.00 purse, $500.00 to win paying back through 10th on a no kart min and an open tire rule with only a $50 entry fee. Missile Cuts has not only added $100.00 to the winner but will also be putting up a $100 hard charger award to the driver who gains the most positions. Gates will open at 10am, hot laps at 2pm and racing at 3pm. More sponsors are in the works and will be added as soon as they are finalized. Times are also subject to change. Please stay tuned as more details will be coming out in the upcoming week. Any questions please contact Bruce Dulgar at (217) 619-4624 or brucedulgar@comcast.net.
