No suprise to me.........I was wondering how they were going to get the pits dry and in shape to get back in there...cause it sure was a mess yesterday...........I sure would have liked to have seen them sprint cars run:) :)
 
Refunds-Pit Passes/Tickets

The Brownstown Bash at the Fayette County Speedway has been OFFICIALLY CANCELLED. We got way too much rain yesterday and the pit area and track surface are unworkable. There will be NO RAINDATE. Those of you who purchased tickets/pit passes on Saturday, we will refund your money. Send your wristbands with your name/address to: Brian Thompson, 5669 Stone Villa Drive, Smithton, IL 62285 and we will refund your money.
 
Sorry to hear that Mother Nature has prevented this show from being held. I would have liked to have seen it, but the way she has been over the last few month, I think Mother Nature does not like season ending racing specials to be held. Most weekends have had questionable weather.
Good idea guys, but somethings can't be controlled. Hope you can try it again next year and have help with the weather.
