Park City, Kansas – September 1, 2018 - Three-time and defending tour champion Jeremy Campbell of Wichita, Kansas start took advantage of an early race miscue by Jake Greider and cruised to victory as the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products sprint car division stopped at 81 Speedway in Park City on Saturday night.

Greider and J.D. Johnson started on the front row for the twenty-lap-feature with Greider taking the early lead as the green flag fell. The start quickly went caution when Jeff Stasa collected the infield tire and came to a stop on the back stretch with a busted front end, ending his night.

On the complete restart it was again Greider taking the early lead with third-starting Campbell and Don Droud, Jr. giving chase. Lap two saw Greider slide high entering turns three and four and went for a spin at the top of turn four to bring out the caution.

This would give Campbell the lead on the restart and he would start to pull away from the field when the caution final caution fell one lap later when Johnson ran into the back of Danny Jennings and spun at the bottom of turn three.

On the final restart there was no catching Campbell as he cruised to victory aboard the Schroeder Racing Engines powered Maxim chassis; Dan's Cycle/Scott's Well Service/BEPC/Knoche Farms/JP Agronomy/HRP/DMI Penske sponsored #10c and regained the series points lead by fifteen points over Johnson and his second series victory of the season.

Droud, aboard the Ochs Brothers owned; MAP Inc./Ruff Bailey Cattle Co./Heeke Farms/Jennifer Ann Designs sponsored Schnee #1x finished second while Jennings and his familiar #1j Patterson Elite powered Maxim finished third. Greider and his Auto Masters Service Center/Speedway Motors/Bybee Electric sponsored; Hillsboro Racing Engines powered Maxim chassis rebounded for fourth while Johnson, who came into the night with a slim fifteen-point lead, rounded out the top five in his Johnson Motorsports; Briley Built powered J&J sponsored by Auto Craft/Evans/Relloy USA/Andale Construction/Alternative Pest Control sponsored #98 sprinter.
