Beebe, Arkansas (04/21/10) – The COMP Cams MSRA Super Late Model Series is excited to announce that it will be sanctioning the 20th Annual Fall Nationals at West Plains Speedway in West Plains, Missouri on Saturday, September 11th.

After being closed at the end of the 2009 season due to health issues for the owners, it was announced earlier this week that Dexter and Doyle Frost from Birch Tree, Missouri had signed an agreement to purchase the race track from Don and Billie Gibson.

The Frost family will be carrying on the tradition of the legendary 3/8 mile oval, which is nestled in the Ozark Mountains of South-central Missouri.

The entire staff with the COMP Cams MSRA tour is extremely excited to be part of the rebirth, so to speak, of West Plains Speedway. COMP Cams MSRA Director, Chris Ellis, comments, “West Plains Speedway is a fixture in dirt track racing. In addition to the history of the facility, the Fall Nationals has a history of its own, and to be able to sanction the event is really something special for us and our racers!”

Details including payout are still being finalized for the big event and will be released as they become available.

The COMP Cams MSRA tour is sponsored by and would like to thank all of their sponsors including- COMP Cams, Hoosier Racing Tires, Kuntz & Company, Larry Shaw Race Cars, Quarter Master, GRT Race Cars, JFR Graphics, RiceTec, ROCKHARD Powdercoat, Inc., Mark Martin Auto Group , NEA Supergas, MSR Mafia.com Marketing Services, Tobacco Town Inc., Racing Head Service, BSB Manufacturing, Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar Pizza, speedliquidators.com, Five Star Bodies, Joe Gibbs Racing Oil, Powerhouse Products, and FSR Racing Products.
