Bear Lake, FL --- Feb. 8, 2005 --- Chub Frank Racing has announced that Corry Laser Technology, Inc., of Corry, PA is once again returning to the team as an important and vital sponsor to the race team for the 2005 racing season as ‘Chubzilla’ tackles the ultra-tough World of Outlaws Late Model Series tour and aims for the championship title. Corry Laser has been a backer of Chub Frank and Chub Frank Racing fora half dozen years. The Corry Laser company colors will again adorn the Corry Rubber, Lester Building Products, All Star Performance, Slavic Corporation, VP Racing Fuels, Farr MotorSports, Rocket Chassis Monte Carlo #1*.

“Corry Laser has been a part of our team for some time and I’m just tickled they have decided to come back again this season stronger than ever,” stated Chub Frank. “They have always been big boosters of our team and we really appreciate their support this season as we hit the road with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series again. I hope our team can bring Corry Laser and all of our sponsors a championship this year.”

For Corry laser re-upping with Chub Frank and Chub Frank Racing was never something in doubt given the positive relationship that has been developed over the years.

“Chub Frank is the epitome of the die-hard racecar driver,” stated Scott Brady of Corry Laser. “He was one of the first in our area to make a career out of dirt Late Model racing, and with good reason, he has an uncanny ability to feel the very outer limits of his car’s adhesion to the track and the capability to take it ‘there’ or just a little beyond ‘there’ with almost every lap he runs. Even if Chub is in a 10th place car he will usually find a way to get into the top five. He makes every lap exciting to watch and it's because of this we feel that our sponsorship is money well spent.”

“As the owners of Corry Laser, we are all racing fanatics. We've raced or sponsored local race teams for a long time. We also produce quite a few racing-related products with our lasers so sponsoring Chub is not only fun, it is also a viable means of advertising for our business.”

Corry Laser is a laser job shop specializing in multi-axis laser machining to aerospace, military, and automotive specifications. Corry Laser’s 7-axis CNC laser cutting machines are capable of work areas measuring 120" x 72" x 36" up to 1/2" thick. Corry Laser can do production runs or single-piece prototypes. Corry Laser have applied laser processes on materials including aerospace alloys, stainless steel, composites, ceramics, marble, glass, mica, rubber, and wood. With over 20 years of laser technology experience, certification to aerospace and military quality standards, highly trained personnel, and state-of-the-art laser equipment, customers can be assured of their complete satisfaction, whatever their laser processing needs.

Despite Chub Frank being one of dirt Late Model racing’s top stars, Corry Laser also had an easy decision to make investing their advertising dollars with Chub Frank racing based not only his talent, ability and fan base, but also based on his personal character.

“As a dirt Late Model driver, we believe Chub Frank rates easily in the top three in the nation in any given event,” commented Brady. “Everyone has up's and down's, however his combination of grit, ability and determination, as well as the help of one of the most formidable race-crews on the circuit make him awfully easy to bet on in any event he enters.”

“As a person, Chub is not what one might expect. As many track and series’ championships that Chub has won throughout his career, one could expect a driver to be a little full of himself. Nothing could be further from the truth with Chub. He is usually very quiet and humble and is also never too busy to help out another driver or team. These personality traits are another reason the choice to sponsor Chub is an easy one.”

The company is especially attracted to the exposure value that Chub Frank brings to the table as one of the sport’s most high-profile racers.

“With the recognition that Chub has gained throughout his STARS career, and knowing that soon a World of Outlaws championship will be yet another feather in his cap, Corry Laser Tech. is honored to be displayed on his car,” said Brady. “We are confidant that the sponsorship will proudly be included in many winners-circle photos simply because you can't crush it if you can't catch it!”

“We wish Chub and the entire #*1 race team the best of luck in the up-coming season.”

Chub Frank Racing will enter the 2005 season in search of the 2005 WoO LMS championship title aboard his Corry Rubber, Lester Building Products, All Star Performance, Corry Laser, VP Racing Fuels, Slavic Corporation, Farr MotorSports, Rocket Chassis Monte Carlo #1* and start his 2005 campaign off at Volusia for the two WoO LMS events and the four United Midwestern Promoters (UMP) events that will be held February 14-19.
