(CARPENTERSVILLE, ILLINOIS) Dennis Erb Racing battled some rough racing
surfaces last weekend in the two PolyDome WDRL Super Series events. On
Friday night at Davenport Speedway in Davenport, IA, Dennis was leading his
heat race when his right front tire rolled off the rim causing him to finish
twelfth in his heat race. He started at the tail of his consolation race
and came up to the fifth place by race end, but it was not good enough to
gain a transfer position to the $5,000 to win feature event.

Dennis' fortunes were a little better the following night at West Liberty
Raceway in West Liberty, IA. He won his heat race to advance to the $5,000
to win show and ran in the Top Ten for the entire event. He ended up
registering a ninth place finish when the checkered flags fell. You can
read up on the two WDRL events from last weekend at www.worldraceleague.com.

Dennis and the team will hit the track again this weekend, as they are
slated to travel back to Davenport (IA) Speedway to compete in the $2,000 to
win UMP Challenge of Champions event on Friday. The following night, the
Petroff Towing / B&K Sportswear & Vinyl Graphics #28 Rayburn / Hedrick Monte
Carlo will be at the Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN. That show will
be a regular feature event paying $1,000 to win at the famed 1/4-mile oval
on the grounds of the Jackson County Fairgrounds. Dennis is using that
event as a tune-up for the $7,000 to win NARA-sanctioned 'Hoosier Dirt
Classic' at Brownstown on April 17.
