Doe Run Raceway is planning to Honor Tubby Black on our Seasons final night of racing September 21st ! We have several people that are working on the planning stages for this special night. If YOU would like to be apart of this celebration please contack Bobby or LD and we will get you involved. That night we will be having the " Gateway Vintage Cars " also . We are wanting to have some of Tubby's Cars here at the track .... some men that raced with Tubby . This Man has dedicated his whole life to racing and has raced at most ALL the racetracks in this area. Tubby is a Legend to many of the drivers and has helped out many of them. We would like to invite EVERYONE that has been a Fan of Tubbys over the 50+ YEARS OF RACING.

This Celebration is going to be so amazing !!!! Many people are contacting us wanting to donate things for that night or just be a part of it. This shows what an AWESOME man Tubby is ! If you would like to donate something or just write your thoughts about Tubby and his racing career PLEASE do so. We will get them and make sure they are all put together and given to TUBBY that night. If you have any questions please contact Bobby, Myself or Jeremy Sutton or Mike Helvey . An Amazing Donation ...... Kevin Buckley and Ben Minkle of " Cedar Falls Guns and Ammo " are donating a Go-Cart to be given away this night to some lucky child ! A special Thanks to these 2 men for this generous donations !
