Did DonO'neal race at Tri-City last night.
 
No, the guy in front of me said he talked to Don at Pevely, and he said he was heading for home, that he promised his wife he would take the week off before heading out to tour somemore! I was very surprised he didnt show last night! Some guys were saying "Oh he just knew he couldn't hang" or "he was just scared" I guarantee he wasnt scared, and I am sure he could hang! But I beleive what he did was right, family should always come first!
 
Don O'Neal is the last person that should be afraid to run with those guys! He has more than enough power and experience to run and possibly beat them anytime. He's right up there with the best of the best in my book. Was disappointed that he wasn't there.
 
I was Dissapointed also! He is one of my favorite pro drivers to watch! I agree with you, he could have went out there last night and ran at the front no doubt! He is a great guy, and a great racer, I am very proud to say Frankie beat him once this year! That was a great accomplishment!
