Double Points for Sportsmen and Mods at Fredericktown

Well Since u aint mod here
I have one question for you Millsey when did Fredricktown decide to have double points night in all classes was it because Doe Run was running Sportsman. And J Dearing you can delete this but I was just wondering cause I cant get any information out of why he deletes numerous post that I have made about our sportsman racing I did not bash him or his track. Also I was wondering why this fellow is carry the gavel for SFC Raceway when he has nothing to do with it. I believe Cory Franklin ought to hold the gavel to SFC. This is my 2 cents.

There will be an added event at the Doe Run Raceway this coming Friday Night Sep. 3rd. The Multi class will not be running this evening but they are going to run the Sportsman class. Doe Run is a very nice facility and is very family oreinted. No alcohol permitted. The payout for the Sportsman race is $300.oo to win. NO REQUIRED CAR COUNT ... with $50.00 to start the feature. ANDDDDDDDDD if you win both Friday at Doe RUN and Saturday night at Farmington there is an extra $100.00 being donated by Renegade Construction and Doe Run Raceway ! THANKS, and come on out and race with us !!!!!!

You ever been to Doe Run raceway ? I was reading through your post and seen this. It is easy to mouth places, but if you dont support them by attending , WHY COMMENT ????? jUST ASKING... LeaDonna
OH and the reason the Sportsman cars were there was because they asked to come ther and Bobby said that would be fine. Wasnt like the whole field showed up..... Or a PLAN was in affect to bring the entire class of Sportsman there.... Come On !

It seems to me, if two tracks in the same general area want to coincide with one another, they shouldn't even get into the competing wars. If the sportsman came and asked to runn DRR the promoter should have said NO, we don't have sportsman here. Same would go for F-town if the same situation came about. But, if in the off season they chose to add them, I'd see nothoing wrong with that.
My point in short was..... DRR allowed a class of cars to come run that they don't normally have, and it stood the chance of effecting F-town. So I didn't see anything wrong with F-town doing something to protect their best interest.
But like i said before, I think it is best for 2 tracks close to one another not to compete or battle each other. Most cases one will lose the war and we need all the tracks we can get. The cities are doing away with enough of them as it is.
Just my thoughts, sorry for the novel!
