Thirty two late models rolled through the gates Friday night at Farmer City Raceway. With another lightning fast track, Wes Steidinger again just missed the track record turning a lap at 12.423 seconds. Heats were run 2 and three wide, with the first heat going to Eric Smith over Wes Steidinger and Roger Long. The second heat went to Brian Shirley over Dennis Erb Jr and Ryan Dauber. The third heat went to Jason Feger over Joe Ross Jr and Jr Shickel. The final heat went to Richie Hedrick over Steve Sheppard Jr and Darren Friedman. The semi went to Chris Dick over Ryan Unzicker. The feature saw Brian Shirley turning in laps as fast as he qualified earlier in the evening, leading all 25 laps, but the early challengers were Smith, Feger and Hedrick. As the race hit the midway point, the only yellow would fall, and after the green came back out, Shirley was never seriously challenged to the checkered flag. Second was Hedrick, with Steidinger third, Sheppard Jr and Erb Jr rounding out the top five.

The Sportsman feature went to Ben Hulse again, but this time chased by Justin DeLong, Terry Worth, Greg Kimmons, Jimmy Dehm, Wes O'Dell, Kent Collins, Billy Nail an Richard Peddycoart.
The modified feature saw a very patient Jeff Leka wait until lap 12 to take the lead from a very fast Arby Burton to take the checkers. The duo was followed by Lance Dehm, Gabe Menser, Randy Huffman, Matt Bachman, Jeb Friedman, Wes O'Dell, Brandon Kessinger and Jay Ledford.
