The final practice session will be this Saturday night, April 22 with the pits opening at 5:30 and practice at 7:30. Pit passes are $15 and gate admission is free for fans. Over 70 drivers are now registered at CMS with the season opener Parade of Champions event honoring our 2005 Track Champions on April 29.
New activities this year will include a Central Missouri Speedway Jr Fan Club. Kids can register and sign up for special deals including a chance to earn free admission tickets and concession discounts.
The new Contingency Connection sponsorship program at the track will also include several end of season bonus awards including the Mr Gasket Cup Award to a Track Champion, JE Pro Seal Ring Sportsman of the Year, Hedman Hedders Award, Richmond Gear, PerformanceParts.com and many other weekly awards for drivers valued at $100,000 from over 65 sponsors across the nation. Drivers will have the opportunity to sign up for sponsor decals at the track to become eligible for the weekly and seasonal awards.
We also want to thank our local race sponsors this year including; Budweiser, Sunoco Fuels, Miller Lite, Pepsi, KOKO-KWKJ Radio, O’Dell Tractor Co., KMMO Radio, Comfort Inn, KIX Radio, Central Auto Racing Boosters, Heartland Waste, RSC Rental Service, and KDKD Radio.
We also regret to announce a $1 rise in ticket prices this year to accommodate Missouri tax requirements. Pitt passes will increase to $21 with general admission $11 and a Senior and Military discount, $9 for weekly admission.
