Food booths, vendors and attractions

With the Ironman 55 being a two day show again, is I-55 Raceway going to allow in some special food vendors, etc. that other tracks let in to sell stuff not normally offered, like turkey legs, ribeye sandwiches, and pork tenderloins?

Having other food vendors inside would give the IronMan more of a big "event" kind of feel... like the Kings Royal

Trust me, there'll be enough people there that a couple extra food vendors are not going to hurt Ray's profit at the beer stand and the concessions.

not a weatherman but out in it all day up and down the road and so county is a lil closer than the grove
