take their Garrett Racing #58cent Warrior / Pro Power Ford Tuarus to Lone
Star Speedway in Kilgore, TX for a pair of World of Outlaws Late Model
Series events this weekend. There will be a practice session for the
drivers on Thursday night, with the opening $5,000 to win event on tap for
Friday. Saturday will feature a $12,000 to win WoO show. For more

Garrett almost picked up his first win of the season last Friday night at
the Bear Creek Raceway in Farmersville, LA. He started up front for the
feature event and was taking the lead when Garrett lost control of his
#58cent and spun out. Garrett regrouped and started at the tail of the
field and battled back to the third spot by the end of the $1,000 to win
feature event. He was scheduled to compete in the O'Reilly SUPR Series
event on Saturday at Champion Park (LA) Speedway, but that event was
postponed due to rain.
