Godfre..Why can't they get it done on time?

Tuff

Can I make a REAL suggestion? About intermission time take the kids down and ask the concessions for a "FRESH" Mt. Dew's nothing watered down. And by the end of the races they should be peaking  Just alittle trick I have learned over the years and Dirtgirl Jr. can hang longer than most! ;)
We'd hate for you to leave the future home when they can really have fun..
Just don't tell MoM your new trick ;) :D

hooray for hotwiring kids dirtgirl lmao.

Tuff, I understand your point, I have kids too. Like I said in my previous post, he (Chad) has made some adjustments already, and he is getting alot closer concerning the time. I'm sure he will continue to tweak things until the show is safely under the time wire which will make alot of fans, drivers, and most of all the city of Godfrey and their dumb curfew happy.

Maybe one thing to assist with the time would be to have someone in the staging area helping get cars lined up. This seems to work in Brownstown, but you need someone who will stay on top of things kinda like Leann (sorry if i spelled your name wrong). Not being critical in any way, just a suggestion that might shave some time off the show.

CQCQ is right, Godfrey has improved greatly in several areas. Folks need to remember how bad the situation was as recently as the mid 90s.

Tuff-e-nuff's question about whether they should run so many classes is a point that has been raised before. I maintain my contention that the B-mods are redundant--do you really need THREE INTERMEDIATE classes? Just pay a decent cash bonus to the highest finishing modified with a 2 bbl carb each night, and the B-mods wouldn't be obsolete even if the class was dropped.

Concerning the length of intermission, most tracks take too much time with intermission. How many times have we all seen tracks have to make 2 or 3 calls for the first feature of the night to come out?
