GLENCOE, Ala. – Green Valley Speedway is about to make history, with the BIGGEST EVER Crate Late Model race, that is set to take place Saturday, March 28th. The Alabama dirt track racing facility will see teams from around the United States invade for a total of 3-Days of on-track action that will culminate with the 100 lap “A” Main feature Saturday night. A Dennis Harker brain-child, estimated at over $90,000. in total purse money, will see $25,000. go to the winner of the GVS CRATE NATIONALS mega-event. Racers and fans will begin heading to the facility mid-week in preparation of Thursday nights Open Practice. On Friday Crate LM’s will see Qualifying Time Trials first, before Heat Races take to the track to determine who is locked-in to Saturday’s “A” Main Feature. Saturday a series of Last Chance “B” Mains will mark the Starting Grid of Pit Row. Prior to the 100 lap BIG SHOW, a pair of Non-Qualifiers races will hit the dirt offering a $1,000. prize or bonus “A” Main starting position, to the winners.
