Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, MD has been announced as a FASTRAK weekly sanctioned track for 2020. The half-mile oval will be celebrating its 73rd season in 2020. Drivers will be able to collect points towards the FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship.
“We are pleased to welcome Hagerstown into the FASTRAK family,” said FASTRAK Vice President DJ Irvine, “we look forward to helping them build a strong base of drivers and putting on a tour race in 2020!”
Plans are being finalized for a FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance event at Hagerstown Speedway. Details for that race will be announced when they become available.
Drivers can begin collecting points towards the FASTRAK National Weekly Championship on April 3rd, 2020. Points run until Labor Day weekend. Each driver’s best 15 finishes are calculated for their point totals for the year. All FASTRAK members also receive $100,000 of participant medical accident insurance included in their membership.
