BRITT, Iowa (June 24) – Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods are the big draw when Hancock County Speedway gets a jump on the Independence Day Weekend with its Thursday, June 30 Firecracker special.
The feature pays $1,000 to win, a minimum of $100 to start and $75 tow money.
IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks are also in action, running for all applicable points.
Pit gates at Britt open at 4 p.m., the grandstand opens at 5 p.m. and hot laps are at 6:30 p.m., with racing to follow. Grandstand admission is $15 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and free for youngsters five and under. Pit passes are $25.
