I have heard from a very reliable informant that Guy Webb (owns All Star Circuit of Champions sprint series) is trying to buy Gary Montgomery's half of SFCR.

If this rumor is true, this could be huge for the expose of SFCR with a guy, being who he is and what he owns. Im sure guy has the "backing" if you know what I mean, to make SFCR a great race facility, not that it isnt already, just could make a considerable impact on the type of racing there! I think Gary Montgomery has done a fine job teaming with Gary Minkel in bringing us some of the best racing in the Midwest, but he doesnt have the "backing" nor the background Webb does, after all, Guy owns one of the most prestigious organizations in racing!!
 
Fifteen minutes with Guy Webb is enough to scar a person for months. I am sure that he would have to sell the idea to his father to get the "backing" mentioned previously.
 
i don't recall him running WoO. He ran danny smith, jarod hull, and jan howard around midwest (mostly all stars) for few years.
