How to use skins?

Does anyone know how to use the skins for DTR2 or DTR1, I am confused on what to do. Can someone please help me out.

I'm just dumb and i saw them on here and i didnt know what you are supposed to do with them, if anything. I was just curious.
 
pretty simple thing. the ones on this site by andrew porter are all self installing so all youi do is click on the one you want and download and unzip . but you need to have the chassis as well and they install the same way. for dtr2 same thing and way. hope this helps out some.
 
and you can race them on the game? Because i clicked on them and unzipped them the car and chassis and nothing happened with the game.
 
WELL IF THE DOWNLOAD WENT RIGHT AND EVERYTHING INSTALLED OK THEY SHOULD APPEAR IN THE QUICK RACE MODE. OR YOU CAN GO THROUGH YOUR CHASSIS-CAR SELECTION AND THEY SHOULD BE HERE.
