First off I want to say congrats to Justin Anderson on your feature win. It was well deserved and I know you have worked really hard for it.

Now I want everyone to know just so there wont be any bull over it. Just because I am part of #17 Johnson Racing.
If TCS gave out a hard charger award Saturday night it would have definitely been giving to Ken Sr. Ken started tenth in the LM feature and moved up to ninth. He went to the hotpit area came back to the racing surface starting in the back of the pack and rocketed his way to a fourth place finish in a field of 21 cars.
THAT PEOPLE IS AWSOME !!!!!!!
And yes, I am part of this team and am darn proud of him...
Congrats to Ken Jr. also on his second place finish in the Street Stocks.

You're right it was great to see so many of the Late Model drivers moving through the pack. That's what real racing is all about. It was a challenge until the end, to see who would come out on top, and it was great to see Ken Sr, finish up in the top. He's had a rough few weeks. Maybe that's all out the way now, and he can continue to move up even further (hopefully for a well desevered spot in Victory Lane). We look forward to being there when that happens. Congrats Ken!

And what an incredible race Anderson put on. It had the fans cheering on their feet as he passed Krankel in lapped traffic, and then went on to win. Great Show...Hope to see as an exciting Late Model race next week as well.
 
I've never seen the latemodels on TCS's 1/4 mile except to pace for the 1/2. But I imagine that it's a great show! All the races that I have seen on the 1/4 have always been great. Wouldn't mind being there for that NALMS race.

It was really cool seeing Ken back..and he ran real good. Hope he comes back..and those other guys too..it was a good feature..lots of cars. Met some of the cats from Mt Vernon..pretty cool dudes. My brother..first time ever in a late model..did really good..we were proud of him also. Spun out 2 times..but..had too much gear in the car. Was some good racing.
 
Ken is a great driver and should have been given a hard charger award. Coming from the back on any track is impressive, doing it twice is even more impressive. Good job Ken, that car needs to stay in the #17 Johnson racing garage where it belongs.
