LOCK HAVEN, Pa. (April 10) – IMCA Modifieds chase a top prize of $1,000 when Clinton County Raceway hosts opening night for the World Products Empire State Series this Friday, April 13. The Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifier pays a minimum of $100 to start. Non-qualifier pay is $40. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing national, Eastern Region and Allstar Performance State, as well as special series points, will be awarded. Pit gates and the grandstand both open at 5 p.m. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m. Grandstand admission is $10. Pit passes are $25. Rounding out the program on the 1/3-mile clay oval are 305 sprint cars, 270 micro sprints, pro stocks and 4-cylinders.
