As you may know, KLMS has been sold. There have been alot of rumors and information passed around. I will try to keep as much information on here as possible.

We have had to make a change to the website. The new website will be ready on Friday. Delph Communications will be hosting and updating the site with all the results, schedules and new information each week.

KLMS will be holding a company gathering for any employees, fans, and racers. This Saturday August 7th @12 noon. Please bring any ideas, comments, or suggestions with you. This will be a casual gathering for the new management to get an idea of what needs to be changed and how the track was run. This will be held at the race track.

Our first race will be held Saturday Night August 14th. This will be a full show and a points race. Gates open at 3pm, Drivers meeting at 5pm.

September 4th Full Show Points Race

September 18th Modified special $25,000 purse

October 2nd Full Show Points Race

October 22nd Bluegrass Nationals $2,000 to win Late Models

October 23rd Comm Cup Race $20,000 to win Late Models $1,000 Mod Race

Good to see the new owners are taking a proactive approach to running this track and not jumping in head first without feeling things out. I wish them luck! I'd sure love to see KLMS grow to the track it has the potential to be.
