Is anyone out there planning on racing Jan.17 at Flickerwood ??There last event drew only 11 karts,it's not worth the effort if the turnout is low. How about replying if you're going so others can know what to expect!!
 
I'm planning on going down, but I don't know if I'm racing.

I can't run for the big money, there's no way I can make 375 weight :(
 
Looks like I'm racing. Hopefully they have a decent Light and/or Medium class.

No other locals are going? You coming down, Goalby?

Hi Andy,I'm sorry to say no won't be there.We have a funeral to attend Sat. Puaal & Racer Wik are going for sure,hook up with them.Maybe you can dial in Puaal's kart,take the big$$ back to Illinois. Later,good luck

We made the drive down to Flickerwood and ran medium and heavy class. finished third in medium and heavy heat race. AS to the feature in the mediums I finished fourth out of 14 karts and only payout to the top three which ****s and in the heavy class I was running fourth till I was involved in a spin. I think i finished 9 out of 14 in the heavy class. Sad to say they can't even draw 15 karts for a heavy class payout of 500.00. They only paid back the top three spots. Had fun going there and running good but won't be going back.
