Jeep Van Wormer to pilot a midget

Jeep will join the likes of Rick Eckert, Scott Bloomquist, Bart Hartman and try his luck at the Chili Bowl in Tulsa, OK. He will be driving Steve Knepper's back-up car, the #25.
He will be racing with names like Steve Kinser, Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahne, Jay Drake, Dave Darland, Cory Krusemann, Dan Boorse, Tom Bigelow. Keep an eye on that Aussie, Adam Clarke!
Local racers heading down there...Steve Knepper, Tim Siner, Brett Anderson, Donnie Lehmann, Joey Montgomery, Craig Carey, Mike Hess, Daniel Adler.
 
According to www.chilibowl.com, Van Wormer is in a Lehmann car along with Hartman, Eckert, McCreadie and Daniel Adler. I had heard the same, but I was told the deal was not totally done.
 
Jack hun, mark it in your book. It is done. I was told that I could put it up on the web. There are a few "Lehmann cars" since Donnie put the deal together. That IS Steve's car and there will be MORE surprises coming out of the "Lehmann car" scene. :D :D Those 4 drivers aren't the only ones that Donnie has been talking to.

Hey Art, hows things going. I guess Rob is going to the Chili Bowl as an observer this year. Would like to go but have a baby due in a week..hope all is well with you and Jen.
 
Did he get a real midget or is it his FF? Hiyas Chuck, congrats on the baby!! Do you know what it is?? How many does this make for you?? Congrats again, hope all goes well.

Unless they shoehorned a Pink Ford into the Focus car, they must have another one to bring. Then again if the motor isn't a Focus, the car can't be a Focus. Oh well, he ran the focus last year. I guess we will see when we get there. If I go, that is.
 
Good luck to Brad then, I am sure he will go far. He can drive the wheels off of a micro, would love to see what he can do as a rookie this year in a midget.
 
Jen, its a baby girl to go along with my 18 year old daughter and twin boys who are 3..hows your little one doing. can't wait till racing season again and its just over..
 
The 25 car that is entered as a Lehmann entry is the Knepper car. Lehmann is putting together the package and entering the cars with the drivers.
