(Norman, IN) “The Gentleman” Jim Curry and the Revel & Curry Motorsports team was rained out this past weekend at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, KY. They were scheduled to compete in the $5,000 to win Butterball-Wooldridge Memorial on Saturday night, but persistent showers postponed the event until this Saturday night, June 21.

The team did get to practice on Friday night, but it came with a price. The Hoosier Parts motor that was in the #7 Swartz chassis blew up and is causing the Revel & Curry Motorsports team to scramble to get ready for this weekend’s race. This is the second motor that has been damaged in the past two months.

If the team can get their motor problems solved, they are going to compete in the Butterball-Wooldridge Memorial race this weekend at Richmond (KY) Raceway. Keep up with the 2003 National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame Inductee and his race team by visiting their official home on the web, located at www.jimcurry7.com.
