Kankakee County Speedway is pleased to announce the addition of three sponsors for the upcoming season, which is now virtually around the corner. Country Chevrolet of Herscher has agreed to serve as primary sponsor for the always huge UMP Summernationals night on Thursday, June 17th. Country Chevrolet is a premier Kankakee area Chevrolet dealership bringing the Herscher, Dwight and Pontiac, Illinois areas reliable, high-performing new and used cars, trucks and SUVs. Feel free to call them at (877) 438-8567 or stop in and test drive a new or used Chevy product today. Country Chevrolet is located at 110 S. Main Street in Herscher, Illinois.
MPH Trucking and owner Mike Heckenast, who also competes in the Smith Realty I-Mod division, has announced that they will serve as special race sponsor for four nights of racing during the 2010 campaign at Kankakee County Speedway. The season opening date of May 7th, two dates to be determined somewhere in the middle of the season, and again on Court Street Ford Championship Points Night, September 24th.

Although final details have not yet been finalized, a total of $500 will be added to the purse from 4th on back. In addition, any driver who starts a Smith Realty I-Mod feature event from 6th position on back can collect an extra $100 at the payout window if they can pull off the victory.

We'd like to welcome MPH Trucking aboard for the 2010 season and thank him immensely for his considerable contribution.

We ask all of our race fans to say thank you by patronizing these fine sponsors and the commitments they have made to make racing here in Kankakee a success.
