This year the racing season will start with a practice date on April 29th. Opening night at Lake Ozark Speedway is scheduled for Saturday, May 6th.
The weekly racing will include Modifieds,Fastrak Late Models,Street Stocks and Hobby Stocks. Also scheduled throughout the season are several special events including WOW Sprints, USAC Sprints and Midgets, Mars and O'Reilly MLRA Late Models, World of Outlaw Late Models, MARS and UMP Clash and The Boost Mobil Freestyle MX. The very busy schedule will also include a Thursday Night $2000.00 to win Modified Special.
Lake Ozark Speedway is located in central Missouri, in Eldon, near Lake of the Ozarks. Track owner, Howard Schrock, announced that the facility is being managed by Ed Franko. Both Howard and Ed are looking forward to an exciting racing season and will make every effort to make the 2006 season a season to remember!
