Lebanon,Mo.-Action at the LebanonMidwaySpeedway will have a little extra excitement this Friday Night as the Speedway brings the Holiday Weekend With a BANG-Literally.
World Record Holder Dave"The Cannonball" Smith will be shot out of a cannon during intermission during the Racing Card Friday Night.
Smith who at 61 years of age holds the record at 185 Feet 10 inches.
Current plans are placing the cannon in turns 1&2 and being shot towrds 3&4.
The racing card will also feature track point races with the USRA Modifieds,FactoryStocks,SuperStocks,B-Mods,Bombers and 305 WingedSprints.
Legends were scheduled to compete,but it will be rescheduled for a later date.
Admission Friday night will be $10 for Adults with kids 11-15 $5 and 10 and under Free.Pitpasses are $25.
Gates will open at 5 with Racing to start at 8PM Sharp
