Looking for 95-99 vortec 350 for a 98 Surburban

I am looking for a Vortec motor for a 98 Chevy Suburban. I perfer a low milage motor. Also looking for a set of rear ends 1/2 ton for the same truck, got one makeing some noise. Let e know what you got thanx May be interested for the whole thing is price is right.
 
i have a motor. i built it for my 91 but it didnt fit. all parts are brand new never started. have 1500 in it will take 800 firm. pm me if intrested.

we have a 305 out of a 4 door cep93 .. has new heads just done this summer .. 350.00$$ in head work .. will take 400.00 for it .. runs great ,, just changed to a 350..
