(Macon, IL) Macon Speedway announces the return of the ever popular UMP Late Model qualifying. Fans and drivers have asked and Macon Speedway owners have listened. The qualifying will return on April 5, with our 1st Annual Spring Fling/Season Opener. Qualifying should begin at 7:00 PM every Saturday night. Fans can expect to see the UMP Late Model’s rocket themselves around the 1/5 mile dirt oval to see who can capture the top spot for the feature event at Macon Speedway. The 1st Annual Spring Fling will also give the UMP Late Models the chance to grab a larger prize by paying $1,500 to win. The UMP Modifieds will also join in by receiving an increased prize this night raising their night’s prize to $1,000 to win. Gates will open at 5:00 PM, adults are $10.00, children 12 & under are free. So bring your family to see the return of qualifying at Macon Speedway!
