(Macon, IL) Macon Speedway welcomes the 95Q team Saturday, July 4th, as part of an action-packed night of racing for 5 of our 6 regular weekly UMP divisions with a special focus on the UMP Modifieds and UMP Street Stocks in the Firecracker 40’s. 40-lap features for both the Modifieds and Street Stock divisions will highlight the evening, and if two huge features were not enough, fans at Macon Speedway will be wowed with a huge fireworks display in honor of Independence Day.
The UMP Modified division will be racing for $600 to win plus the UMP Street Stock champion will take home $400! The Street Stock and Modified winners from Thursday night’s Herald & Review 100 program saw Steve Ewing win his sixth Street Stock feature and Tim Hancock won his first feature in his first trip to Macon Speedway. Also, the UMP Hornet divisions will be racing in the UMP Hornet Midseason Special which will reward the winners a spectacular trophy.

July 18th is Macon Speedway’s third night of the Central Illinois Street Stock Series, with Street Stocks racing for $500 to win. With the help of the Abate of Illinois, Macon Speedway is hosting a Christmas in July toy drive. Bring a toy for a child in need and receive $2 off of your admission on Saturday, July 18th. Please help us to bring smiles to as many children as we can!
July 22nd is the Night of NASCAR Stars featuring Kasey Kahne and Kenny Wallace. Do not miss your chance to welcome Kahne to Macon Speedway for the first time ever!
