Mad Co. Fair demo ruels questions????????

The 2009 Madison County Fair book has a name and phone number of a man to contact about ruels and tech questions. I have been trying to reach him for a month now to no avail. If anybody can help me with some questions I have about the Stock(old School) cars, please let me know. Thanks Dave
