Sunday was a sad day for the Fayette County Speedway family. We lost our long time cook in the pits, Marsha Smith. Marsha was also Jason Smith's mom (our corner man) .
Marsha has cooked for us for several years and she has made many grilled ribeye sandwiches, pork burgers, hamburgers and brats for our drivers, pit crews and their families. Marsha has a much bigger order to fill now and we will miss her very much.
Visitation for Marsha will be Tuesday, May 20th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Pagel Funeral Home in St. Elmo.

God looked around his garden

God's garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering,

It broke our hearts to lose you.
But you didn't go alone,

The day God called you home.
