Former NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield recently raced at New Jersey's Wall Stadium's season-ending Turkey Derby, a race for Asphalt Modifeds. This is how his race was reviewed: " The much-ballyhooed appearance of Jeremy Mayfield at Turkey Derby XLI would have been a total flop were it not for a Fan's Choice vote that put him into the Tour Modified feature. It took the field less than 20 laps to lap Mayfield, who in an earlier non-qualifiers race was involved in three different accidents. All in all, not much of a showing by the former NASCAR Sprint Cup driver."
