That's a great pic!! I wasn't much older than that when I started welding. I was around 12 yrs old and after school I would rush up the street to mikes junk yard that he had when I was growin up. Mike gave me the opportunity to use his junk yard as a learning tool and he helped show me how to wrk hard to get what u want to go racing.I built my first race car out of parts frm his junk yard right after high school and I was hooked after that. Thanks for posting that jimmy. Brought back a lot of memories and I can't say enough about mike Hammerle and his family. They r great people and u will never find a harder racer or nicer guy than mike Hammerle.
