Cameron, MO's Mark Dotson has purchased the entire racing operation from Don Blankenship (John Blankenship's dad) including four cars, multiple engines, the hauler as well as the raceshop located in Morristown, TN.
As part of the deal, Dotson sold back one of the complete cars to John Blankenship who will once again race a very limited schedule including The Dream and The World at Eldora.
Tom Buckingham who was John Blankenship's crew chief, now works for Mark Dotson and they will maintain Blankenship's car as well.
