Center Line, Mich. - Team Mopar's Jay Drake is accustomed to a busy
lifestyle, but this weekend the veteran open-wheel driver will truly be
a man on the
move. Shifting gears, changing racecars, and switching between the dirt
and the
pavement will be the order of the day. Three days, in fact. Drake is
scheduled to compete in three different racing events in two states
from July 22 to
July 24.

Coming off a USAC National Sprint Car Series event at Lawrenceburg
Speedway
on July 21, Drake will head to The Milwaukee Mile on Friday, July 22,
for
practice in both the USAC National Silver Crown Series and Menards
Infiniti Pro
Series. He'll wrap up the day at the USAC Indiana Sprint Week trail for
a USAC
National Sprint Car Series event at the Terre Haute Action Track.

Drake and company will then return to Wisconsin, where he'll compete in
the
USAC National Silver Crown Series event at The Milwaukee Mile on
Saturday, July
23. The action-packed day will also include final practice for the
Menards
Infiniti Pro Series event, which is scheduled for Sunday, July 24.

"It's going to be a great weekend," Drake said. "It's not going to be
easy to
switch from car to car, series to series, but we're looking forward to
the
challenge. Because we alternate from pavement to dirt so often, we
don't foresee
this weekend's races as a problem. As long as you have well-prepared
cars,
which I do in all three series, the transitions aren't an issue. Our
teams work
hard during the season to make sure when long weekends like this come
up,
we're as prepared as we can be."

When the checkered flag drops on Sunday in Drake's final weekend event,
he
will have completed 230 laps of competition in three separate racing
series.
Drake will drive the No. 21 USAC National Sprint Car and the No. 22
USAC National
Silver Crown Series machine for Tony Stewart Racing Enterprises. His
No. 20
Menards Infiniti Pro Series event is fielded by Tony George and Vision
Racing.
