Center Line, Mich. - Mopar's Wilke-PAK Motorsports will look to wrap up the 2005 USAC National Midget Series Owner's Championship in next week's 65th Annual Turkey Night Grand Prix at Irwindale Speedway. The team enters the event with a 16-point lead over second-place Tony Stewart Racing Enterprises.

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Tracy Hines will return to the seat of the No. 11 entry for the final point event of the season.

Hines, who kicked off the 2005 racing season with a victory in the O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals event for Wilke-PAK Motorsports, is looking forward to returning to his open-wheel roots.

"Turkey Night will be a lot of fun for me as a driver," Hines said. "I'm looking forward to running the midget again, and it's great to-hopefully-help the Wilke-PAK team win the owner's title."

If the Wilke-PAK Motorsports team wins the USAC National Midget Car Series Owner's Championship, it will mark the first time this decade that a team other than the Steve Lewis-owned Lewis Racing has claimed the title. Hines, who recently inked a deal to compete for Glynn Motorsports in the NASCAR Busch Grand National Series in 2006, would like to help the Wilke-PAK team capture the honor.

"It would be great to see the Wilke-PAK team win this title," Hines said. "With the budget that they operate this team with and the fact that they don't have any full-time mechanics, this title would mean so much to the team. They truly operate this team the old-fashioned way, and it would be great to
see them win this year."

Practice for the 65th Annual Turkey Night Grand Prix will begin at 3 p.m. PST on Wednesday, November 23. The pit gate will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 24, with qualifications beginning at 4 p.m. PST. Racing is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. PST. The 100-lap main event featuring the USAC National Midget Car Series will conclude the 2005 season.
