LEXINGTON, KY - NARA DirtCar Series, ESPN2, and Cornerstone Multi-media Group have recently announced the airdates for the 2004 NARA DirtCar Series on ESPN2 by Lucas Oil Products.
The August 7th race at the Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, KY will be aired on Sunday, December 12 at 6:00 P.M. (EDT). It will be the second NARA race on ESPN2 in 2004 with Florence Speedway in Union, KY hosting the first race which was broadcast in May. The race at Bluegrass Speedway was won by 2004 NARA Champion, Shannon Babb.
The KC 100 that was taped on September 25th at KC Raceway in Chillicothe, OH will be aired on Sunday, January 16th at 11:30 am. Eddie Carrier, Jr picks up the biggest win of his career in this event.
The final event taped for ESPN2 in 2004 was Night 2 of the Dixie Shootout from Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, GA. This event will be aired on Sunday, January 23rd at 11:30 AM. Shannon Babb collects the win in this event with his charge to the front from his 12th starting position.
